Mexican-American athlete Leonel Manzano has been named as national celebrity ambassador for US organisation Marathon Kids, which aims to encourage children to run and exercise more.
Manzano, who'll work with Marathon Kids to promote a healthy lifestyle and the importance of physical activity, won silver in the men's 1500m at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
